Organic Italian Garlic Puree, is made using only organic garlic cultivated in Italy.
The benefits of garlic are highlighted by several studies, for the presence of allicin, an organosulfur compounds with antibacterial properties and gamma-glutamylcysteines, probably responsible of the garlic antihypertensive activity.
